PRACTICE DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIENCE

Since becoming an attorney, Victoria has handled matters in various areas of the law but has focused her practice primarily in the areas of Estate Planning/Probate, Employment Law and General Civil Litigation. She has extensive experience in representing employees in single and multi-party actions and resolving numerous employment-related issues arising under a variety of laws governing the workplace, including wage and hour, discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leave Act. Victoria also has experience in a wide variety of civil matters including mediation, contract related disputes and collections. In the area of Estate Planning Victoria provides clients with general estate planning needs such as Wills, Trusts, Financial and Healthcare Powers of Attorney as well as probating estates.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Victoria enjoys volunteering and has done so at organizations such as Goodwill Industries, Legal Assistance Center and Dégagé Ministries. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Visser Family YMCA in Grandville. Outside of work, Victoria stays busy with her three young boys. She also enjoys traveling and trying new kinds of food and drinks with her husband Ryan.
