Justin's heavy involvement with the Rental Property Owners Association of Michigan has him regularly in court defending the rights of real estate investors. Justin routinely litigates various real estate matters including but not limited to: residential and commercial evictions, land contract forfeitures, quiet title actions, breach of lease actions, and much more.
Justin consults with his business clients on all types of day to day matters. Justin believes in a proactive approach to learning about his clients' specific business needs, identifying cost-effective solutions, and keeping his clients out of the courtroom. When taking a break from practicing law, Justin volunteers a great deal of time to the Rental Property Owners Association of Michigan ("RPOA"). As a real estate investor, Justin has a passion for real estate and enjoys helping those in the industry. At the RPOA Justin serves as preferred counsel, he teaches continuing education courses to RPOA members on lease drafting and evictions, and he serves on the organization's Services and Publications Committee.
